It's a fact: the pleasures of eating are magnified when combined with traveling, and in the Perdido Key area you’ll discover an indescribably perfect destination along with some seriously good food. (Good thing, because all our sun, sand and water can create Titanic-sized appetites.)
No trip to Perdido Key would be complete without a robust sampling of freshly-caught local seafood but you’d be quite remiss if you didn’t sample the other unforgettable local flavors available in every direction. Hand-cut steaks … grilled-fried-smoked-blackened-boiled-broiled seafood … Italian … Cajun … Creole … hand-tossed pizza … sushi … Mexican … barbeque … vegetarian … small plates … Irish … French … your taste buds are in for some serious pampering.
There’s no shortage of award-winning restaurants and renowned chefs here and take it from us - your biggest problem will be deciding how many dishes you can try before you have to head back home. Get ready to be overwhelmed…in the most delicious way possible.
Wolf Bay is known for being a local seafood tradition, and prides itself in serving high quality, fresh meals in a family-friendly atmosphere. Many of the dishes enjoyed today are recipes from the Wrapes’ original 1970s menu including the seafood gumbo, crab stuffing, stuffed shrimp, stuffed whole flounder and many of our salad dressings.
