The Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a special shopping event, Perdido Shop Hop, from Nov. 27 through Dec. 15. The Perdido Shop Hop highlights the best holiday shopping opportunities in Pensacola, Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Shoppers may pick up a Shop Hop Passport to gather stamps from participating businesses. Each full passport will earn the shopper an entry into a grand prize drawing. Receipts of $25 purchases or greater from participating vendors also garner the holder a chance to win prizes.

Businesses that are participating in The Perdido Shop Hop include Artworks: Local Art and Gifts, Body Works of Perdido Key and Perdido Artist Gallery and Gifts, among many others.

In downtown Pensacola, Winterfest offers families unique opportunities to enjoy interactive outdoor entertainment based around holiday themes like the Polar Express, A Cajun Christmas, The Grinch and more. Winterfest 2021 events are set for Nov. 21, 26, 27, and 28; December 3, 4, 10, 17, 18, 19, 21,22, 23 and 24.

Each night’s programming will include the free Winterfest live performance at the plaza at the former County Courthouse on Palafox Street. If you are interested in a glimmering Christmas tree light program that coordinates with holiday music, you can head to the nightly Holiday Tree Show in Downtown Owa, in Foley. The free show, set on Owa’s 36-foot tree, is scheduled for every night through Dec. 31.
