Our rentals are open and we're ready to welcome you to Eden. We are now taking reservations from Louisiana guests. Your health and safety are of utmost importance, and we are adhering to Escambia County's guidelines for vacation rentals.

On Tuesday May 19, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation approved Escambia County's plan for short-term vacation rentals to reopen. Effective June 5 at 12:01 am, reservations are not allowed from NY, NJ or CT with exceptions for persons involved in commercial activity and students traveling for the purpose of academic work, internships, sports training and any other activity or program approved by the educational institution.

While the risk in our local area remains relatively low, we are taking extra cleaning measures and increasing the frequency of sanitizing surfaces in common areas and units. Between guests visits, our cleaning staff are disinfecting all high-use surfaces, including countertops, sinks, faucets, appliances, door handles, light switches and toilets.

All our common areas and our private beach (accessible to Eden guests and owners) remain open. Staffing needs have been reduced to essential staff to take care of the property, guests and owners.

Our normal cancellation policy is in effect with a 30 day prepay requirement.
