Whether you’re both cycling pros or if you’re trying a tandem bike for the first time, it’s an experience that will bring you closer together as you work in sync to get around your beautiful surroundings.

Spotting Wildlife at Big Lagoon State Park

A quick 15-minute drive will take you to Big Lagoon State Park. The park is a stopover for many bird species. Bring binoculars or borrow a pair from the ranger station and roam the shore and extensive coastal forest, or climb the three-story observation tower for a bird’s-eye view. For an extra romantic experience, stay at the park until sunset and watch the stars come out.

Located just 35 minutes away from Eden, you’ll find Downtown OWA, a collection of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Picnic on the beach

It’s a classic for a reason. Whether you want to pick up dinner from a local restaurant or curate your own picnic snacks, there’s nothing quite like enjoying some food, while relaxing on the sand, listening to the ocean waves. We recommend getting your picnic ready about an hour before sunset, which, depending on the time of Summer you’re staying with us, can be between 7-8 p.m.
