If ice is not your forte, consider bringing the family to experience the Impressions & Magic Show of Brandon Styles at OWA. This classy 60-minute show features Brandon’s live performances of nearly 60 different celebrity singing and speaking impressions, comedy, dance and audience participation.

Need a break from the commotion? Head down to the Villagio Town Center and create your own work of art paired with a nice glass of wine. Paint and Wine at Artworks Gallery is a great way to spend your Wednesday evening on Perdido Key. Make sure to call to reserve your spot in the class!

Although this world-famous honkytonk is known for its parties, the Flora-Bama loves to host events for the whole family, especially around the holidays. Spend some time on the border and bring the kids with you!

Santa doesn’t need his sleigh to make a grand appearance. On Dec. 8, bring the family and watch Santa parachute onto the beach behind the Flora-Bama. This is a free event with arts and crafts, treats and live music. Santa will be available to take photos with the kids after he lands on the beach, and parents can receive a free drink upon making a canned food item or unused children’s toy donation.

On Christmas Day, the Flora-Bama will host a potluck for you and your family to enjoy. While the Flora-Bama provides the main dish, everyone is encouraged to bring a covered side dish or dessert. Live music and plenty of friendly people are sure to make this Christmas memorable. Music starts at 11 a.m. and food is served at 1 p.m.

Nothing says “starting fresh” like running into the chilly winter water of the Gulf of Mexico! Join the crowds on New Year’s Day for the annual Polar Bear Dip. Those who completely submerge receive free draft beer along with greens and black-eyed peas in the Flora-Bama tent.

Every week, a lively crowd gathers under the music-filled tent for Sunday service. Bring your voices and enjoy listening to the talent and testimonies of local musicians. Families and all denominations are welcome!
