Experience a once in a lifetime event at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo with a tiger encounter. The Zoo is currently home to two tiger cubs and for a limited time they're offering visitors the chance to meet these extraordinary animals. Encounters will be available by reservation only at scheduled times throughout the day. Pricing is $50 + tax Per Person, PLUS the cost of regular zoo admission. Children ages 4-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The Gulf Coast Mining Company's sluice is the zoo's newest attraction where visitors pan for fossils, gems and minerals — amazing treasures await and participants take home whatever treasures are "mined".

Enjoy walking the wide pathways throughout the park for close up views of more than 500 animals including: lions, tigers, bears, primates, leopards, wolves, and more! The zoo is open year round with seasonal animal encounters, animal shows and keeper talks.
